ASSOCIATE MARKETING MANAGER (NORTH AMERICAN DIVISION)
 

The NAD Marketing team localizes the global brand strategy to fit their market and creates pricing, P&L and go-to-market strategy for the U.S. The Associate Manager Marketing will provide leadership around marketing, business operations and customer management activities for assigned business segment or product line in order to achieve financial growth and profit targets.

Your impact:

Lead day-to-day marketing activities, including local insights collection and synthesis of performance or brand/products

Deliver item-level forecasting, tracking, and performance roll-ups in order to impact marketing strategy

Coordinate short-term promotional plan and execution by brand and across customers

Develop your brand by assisting with overall execution of key marketing programs
Drive marketing execution by leading a cross-functional team inclusive of Sales, Global Brand Team, Customer Marketing, etc.

FOUNDATIONAL knowledge of the business objectives related to marketing/brand management, a demonstrated understanding of standard marketing techniques and a basic understanding of annual financial plans.


Education required:
 
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related field; MBA preferred

 
Experience, knowledge, skills required:
Minimum 4 years (2 years with MBA) experience in consumer or brand marketing
Thorough understanding of standard marketing techniques
Demonstrated leadership, strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
Excellent written/verbal, time management and quantitative/analytical skills required
Ability to differentiate and create compelling positioning statements and relevance for our consumers and customers
