This is a freelance role, with benefits, that will be approximately 24 hours per week.
Reporting to the Director, Feature Programming, the Associate Producer/Editor writes, shoots, produces and edits short form and long form video/audio/visual content for SNY.
Provide production and edit support for all SNY feature programming content
Brainstorm, draft and pitch feature content for use across all platforms
Produce and edit short and long-form content for use across all platforms
Bachelor's Degree or higher
Strong editorial judgment
Strong interpersonal skills as well as written and verbal communication skills
Experience in post-production editing and knowledge of Avid Applications a must
Must have excellent organizational skills
Creative thinker who can pitch different stories and improve existing shows
Ability to complete assigned tasks in a timely, efficient manner
Ability to work under tight time restrictions
Ability to work in a fast paced, high pressure environment with a positive attitude
Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays

Passionate sports fan with broad knowledge of the sports industry and New York market
Experience in Media Management a plus
Experience in videography a plus
