Audience Development Coordinator, Commerce

Role Summary: 
This position will support audience development initiatives for the NBC News Digital Group (specifically NBC News, TODAY and MSNBC). This role will collaborate with TODAY editorial and commerce teams to drive revenue.
Essential Responsibilities: 
Provide insights and headline test results for the commerce newsletter that goes out daily
Work with the SEO team to identify existing commerce articles and identify new opportunities for growth to pass along to the editorial team
Work with the audience development team and TODAY social team to use paid tactics to grow the social pages and newsletter
Track metrics, SEO trends and keyword opportunities and iterate based on findings
Manage partnerships to drive audience growth to commerce articles
Program the Stuff We Love newsletter
Provide social research and copy for social posts
Provide detailed social analysis to help program Today Commerce social
• Bachelor’s Degree
• 1-2 year(s) of experience
• Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets
• Excellent analytical skills
• Ability to think strategically and develop creative solutions to research challenges
• Strong organization, project management and time management skills as well as the ability to multitask.
• Team player with a strong work ethic
• Basic knowledge of analytics
• Understanding of paid marketing tactics
