What will you be doing?
You will be accountable for high quality report design, development, and delivery activities across several RFT functions including Market Risk and CRIS organization
Partner with Developers, Analysts, Architects and Project Managers across all regions and business clusters to deliver robust design and technical solutions in a controlled, transparent and risk managed fashion
Work on all stages of the BI tool setup (MicroStrategy and/or Tableau)
Provide demos and ad-hoc usage of reporting to various stakeholders
Analyse requirements to define metadata requirements and report design
Ensure adherence to technical standards & SDLC including quality measures
Work with the delivery team globally and escalate any technical issues, roadblocks or project risks to the Program Implementation Lead
Participate in daily stand-up or scrum meetings
What we’re looking for:
5+ years with working on Data, Analytics and Reporting domains using BI tools including MicroStrategy OR Tableau
3+ years’ experience with SQL  
3+ years finance or risk reporting experience 
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
Skills that will help you in the role:
Experience with large datasets, report design and data/UI/UX design concepts and dashboards 
Complex system integration experience and understanding of the full SDLC especially agile methodologies
Experience with source control management systems, continuous integration/deployment environments, automated testing, object-oriented and service-oriented application development techniques and theories
Experience in a financial institution with exposure to Investment Banking
