We are in search of multiple bilingual candidates in English and Spanish! We have positions in different areas around Miami.
You may be required to:
* Greet, welcome, check-in and direct visitors and clients in the reception area
* Keep the front desk organized and neat
* Answer and transfer all incoming calls and emails
* General clerical duties such as, filing, faxing, and photocopying
* Calendar management including, scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
* Order lunch and supplies as needed for the office
