This San Diego, California Customer Service Representative position could be for you, if you're available for a temporary to full-time opportunity.


Your responsibilities


- Contribute accurate, friendly customer service in a timely fashion

- Manage the fielding and sending of important written business correspondence

- Handle incoming telephone calls (70+ per day inbound calls!)

- Excellent problem-solving skills

- Comfort in pursuing resolutions to complicated customer inquiries

- Excellent written, verbal and social communication skills

- Data entry with accuracy

- Bilingual: Spanish

- 1 to 2 years of Customer Service experience

- Types 50 WPM

- Prior experience in CRM systems is a plus!

- Call-center experience preferred

- Ability to exude confidence, knowledge, and empathy when interacting with internal and external partners and clients/customers

- Basic knowledge in computer software programs and office equipment

- Perfect attendance to work

Requeriments

- Bilingual Spanish

- Experience in CRM System

- Strong Data entry skills

- Customer Service experience

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

- Great phone etiquette

- Experience with multi line phone systems

- Previous experience scheduling appointments

- Strong computer skills
