Who You'll Work With

What You’ll Do
You will report directly to the Senior Director of Strategy and Planning, helping to evolve and adapt our business for performance and innovation in the cloud market. This is a highly cross-functional role supporting executive insights and communications, along with organizational and field operations.
Conduct primary research on our customers and products to help us better understand our users and markets and develop effective strategies to serve them
Write and prepare narrative and statistical reports of findings and presentations of the data for use in communicating with team members and executives
Help perform strategic market and business analyses using tools like SWOT and Porter’s 5 Forces
Create and manage organizational development and training programs, including the launch of a new orientation program for our business unit
Develop internal training materials, content, facilitation guides and related documentation
Develop organizational/departmental process mapping and business process improvement function. Assess process for gaps, non-value-added steps, and other impediments to efficient operation
Manage and coordinate all recurring monthly and quarterly virtual all-hands meetings
Work with marketing and the business unit to help manage and coordinate participation in industry tradeshows and our internally produced events like Sales & Partner summits, and Partner Business Reviews
Who You Are
You are familiar with Cloud and SaaS sales and marketing models and industry trends
You are data driven and detail oriented
You are an extremely confident communicator, and able to mediate discussions between stakeholders with different backgrounds and concerns
You know how to fail fast and learn from calculated risks
You are accountable to the team through clear objectives and measures of success that are continuously reviewed, adapted, and celebrated
You are hungry and driven to take on an entrepreneurial role that you will help to define and evolve as we grow and mature
Required Experience
Five or more years of experience in a cloud marketing ops or sales ops, or an internal training role within a cloud software business, preferably combined with an MBA
Highly analytical and detail oriented, with proven project management success and the ability to show progress towards strategic goals
Excellent listening, verbal and written communications as well as influencing, meeting facilitation and related skills
Experience planning and executing multiple, complex projects, events, and/or meetings with competing priorities
Very comfortable working in CRM, Excel, PowerPoint, and WebEx
Ability to build strong working relationships across all levels of the organization, including those outside the United States
Ability to thrive in a very dynamic, loosely structured, entrepreneurial environment
