The Technical Business Analyst will provide reporting and analysis of support-based operations data for a health care industry software company using advanced Microsoft Excel (i.e. pivot tables, macros, templates) and customized SFDC, as well as, other software packages. This individual will be responsible for recognizing trends through data analysis, score card creation and custom reporting.
Identifies recurring issues and proposes long-term solutions
Suggests business and/or process improvements using root cause analysis, data mining manipulation and best practices
Work with leadership to establish relevant key score cards that are updated and pushed to respective parties on a regular basis
Conduct ad-hoc analysis and studies for the business as needed to deliver meaningful reports and/or dashboards
Present results and/or recommendations to business stakeholders
2+ years experience in analytics or data related fields
Experience developing and interpreting reports using SQL, Excel, Oracle, or Access
Advanced Microsoft Excel experience including Vlookup, Pivot tables, etc
Experience developing score cards, dashboards & metrics (Preferred experience in a call center/support desk environment)
Experience and demonstrated skill organizing and presenting complex technical information effectively
Strong verbal and written communication
Ability to analyze data and trends
Proven ability to drive change
2-5 years call center experience in a lead capacity highly preferred
Analytical and logical thinking
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines
Able to work effectively in a team environment with little or no supervision
Sales Force experience a bonus
Customer-focused in all work activities
Pharmaceutical experience / industry knowledge
BA or BS degree or equivalent experience.
