General Summary The primary function of this position is to assist in the business and service operations of Office of Energy Management. This includes assisting in recording, reporting, and analyzing utility data for more than 1,000 meters and vendor invoicing for campus. Utilities include natural gas, electricity, water, sewer, steam and condensate.
Additional Information:
Required Qualifications 1. (A) Bachelor's degree in business administration or a closely related field (such as accountancy)
(B) Bachelor's degree in a field other than those listed in "A" and one year of responsible business experience
Four (4) years of responsible business experience
a combination of such education and business experience totaling four years

2. Three (3) years of responsible accounting and/or business experience, one year of which was at an administrative level.

3. If this position is Security Sensitive or if you are subject to a criminal background investigation based on University policy, employment is contingent upon you passing a satisfactory criminal background investigation. You may not begin work until the criminal background investigation results have been received and cleared by Human Resources.
