What You'll Do
Global Entitlement Operations sits within the Recurring Revenue Acceleration (RRA) team within the Customer and Partner Services (CPS) organization. We operationalize the visibility and management of assets and entitlements for our customers, partners and sellers.
You will be responsible to drive process simplicity, scale through automation, and transform the customer experience through different transformational projects and initiatives.
You will be expected to have superlative business acumen with the ability to navigate between the big picture and the details with speed and agility.
Detailed responsibilities include:
Program and project management
Very strong verbal, written, presentation, communications skills, and ability to serve in a customer focused environment
Detail oriented, be able to analyze huge data sets and define business metrics
Expected to acquire (or currently have) broader Domain Expertise of our Asset Management business processes and capabilities
Lead Vendor to track deadline, progress report and ensure comprehensive documentations
Work on process optimization, automation and continuous improvement: Partner with Ops & IT to deliver self-service capabilities within operations and sales
Track progress and analyze adoption trends and opportunities for improvements – creating get-well plans if necessary
Consistent record and demonstrated ability to deliver global/transformational initiatives in a highly dynamic environment with limited oversight

Who You'll Work With
This role will require strong relationships across Regional CPS Teams, Central Operations and IT. You will work with our senior leadership, customers and partner to launch and onboard new capabilities. You will also work with regional delivery leaders, Asset Managers, and Entitlement Managers across CPS.

You are creative and innovative, finding out of the box solutions to difficult technical problems. You are analytical, inquisitive, and capable executing on all of your deliverables with limited guidance and tight timelines. You are comfortable with data driven root cause analysis and you are passionate about improving our customers entitlement experience at Cisco. You are excited to be part of the digital transformation process.
You should have experience managing competing priorities and influencing internal stakeholders and business owners; process and functional aptitude to quickly learn and assimilate to new information; and ability to manage/prioritize and drive execution of multiple projects.
Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of related Program/Project Management work experience. PMP or equivalent Project management Certification preferred.
Familiar with Cisco Install Base systems
Understand customer data in Cisco database
Ability to manage/prioritize and drive execution of multiple projects
Process and functional aptitude to quickly learn and assimilate to new information
Proven track record of delivering externally focused executive friendly briefings and communications plans, task execution and time management skills
Ability to collaborate X-functionally and virtually, facilitate meetings with team, stakeholders and business partners and most importantly, customers at all levels.
