What You'll Do
This position focuses on project-based work offering a uniquely broad exposure to cross-functional teams across Sales, Engineering, Operations, and Finance. The analyst will have the opportunity to build lasting professional relationships by taking on diverse and challenging assignments with executive visibility.
You will support the planning and execution of salesforce transformation initiatives on a global scale through data analysis, project management, and salesforce training
You will build business cases that merge customer understanding, sales strategy formation for the full customer lifecycle, financial modeling, and industry research and profiling.
You will work with a team on sales, partnerships, and new solution development across different countries, industries, and market segments within a leading global technology company
Who You'll Work With
The Sales Acceleration and Growth team is part of the Global Strategy, Planning, and Operations organization within Cisco’s best-in-class global sales organization. Our team members have a variety of backgrounds across Sales, Finance, Data Science, and Operations. We apply our skills to high-impact projects to improve customer experience and to co-innovate with our customers to better harness the power of the network, and enable Cisco’s salesforce to lead our customers through critical technology market transitions.
Who You Are
You are ambitious and interested in taking strategy from the drawing table to a pilot program to global scale across a salesforce generating $50 billion in annual revenues.
You earned a bachelor's degree or foreign degree equivalent in Economics, Business Administration or in a related field
You have at least two years of experience in sales operations, strategy and planning, or finance role
You are a technology enthusiast
You possess financial and strategic analytical skills
You have project management experience
You have qualitative research experience
You are a polished communicator with strong presentation skills
You are passionate about international markets and have an ability to work across cultures and time zones
