Delivery Methodology Business Program Manager

The Enterprise Services Delivery Methodology Business Program Manager is responsible for leading the definition of delivery management processes, best practices from the product teams, industry, tool recommendations, and process improvement initiatives. This position is responsible for influencing the methodology usage and adoption across the Enterprise Services delivery domains and account aligned teams working closely with SAO, WW SQA team and field SMEs. The business program manager collaborates and maintains partnership with field SMEs, Domain Management, SPLs, Solution Architects, WW SQA, Role Excellence, Readiness and Area aligned stakeholders.
