As a Federal Business Sales Associate, you'll play a key role in supporting the success of our Federal Sales team. You’ll ensure funding is in place for orders while helping them expand sales in this important channel. You’ll encourage the use of online self-serve portals to simplify upgrades, orders and service requests for our Federal customers. As a member of the sales team, you’ll handle a variety of requests including contract renewals, face to face meetings, equipment upgrades and new services. You’ll receive the experience needed to prepare you for a career in Government sales.
Collaborating with government account leaders to drive sales growth
Calling prospects, tracking sales activity, and reporting progress.
Supporting government customers with current and new products and services.
Conducting e-business processes, including orders, billing, and payments.
Utilize sales force automation, funnel management, and prospecting tools
What we’re looking for...
You’ll need to have:
Bachelor’s degree or one or more years of work experience.
One or more years of relevant work experience.
Eligibility to obtain a government issued security clearance or active security clearance
Even better if you have:
Sales or customer service experience. Ideally, with government accounts.
Familiarity with billing and point of sales systems and processes.
Created compelling PowerPoint presentations.
