The Go-to-Market Operations (GTM) team ensures Google's complex and ever-evolving Ads business runs smoothly. We are instrumental in setting go-to-market strategy, and ensuring flawless execution and operations against the strategy. We have teams embedded in each of the major Ads business areas as well as global teams that work across the business areas. Team members are highly strategic and analytical, with a pragmatic sense of how to get things done.
You will be a critical thought partner to senior leaders in the Global Performance and Programmatic Solutions organization, a product expert group that acts as the single voice from Sales to Product and shapes product direction. In particular, you will be responsible for helping bring-to-market our Measurement products across Google Ads, YouTube, and Google Marketing Platform. You will also lead a team that collaborates across functions (Global Performance and Programmatic Solutions, Product, Marketing, Sales, Finance) to provide strategies, operational planning, and analytical insights that enable the commercialization of new and existing features, influence product prioritization, and support the Sales organization to deliver against our product adoption goals.

Serve as dedicated strategic thought partner to the Global Measurement Solutions director and the team, advising on commercialization strategy and ensuring operational precision.
Oversee management of key business operating metrics and processes.
Be an expert on performance and brand measurement products and function as a business partner for cross-functional projects and initiatives, liaising across Product, Marketing, Regional Go-to-Market, Sales, and Sales Finance.
Manage flawless execution of complex and time-critical projects by quickly understanding context and developing a prioritized approach for resolution.
Collect market intelligence and form perspectives on competitive trends, industry challenges, and evolving market needs.
