About the role
As a Business Strategy & Growth Intern at GigNow, you will assist our Growth team with expanding adoption and usage of the GigNow Platform across our firms globally at EY, as well as, driving awareness around GigNow and revenue opportunities. This role will be heavily involved in the day-to-day planning and the execution of our global strategy. This paid internship will last up to 12 weeks and take place in the 2019 Summer at our San Jose, CA office.
You will:
Assist with rollout of the GigNow Platform to EY firms globally; communication, coordination, and launch support.
Work within a team to develop a global strategy to increase usage of the GigNow Platform.
Team with Marketing to help develop a communication plan to highlight the benefits of GigNow.
Lead efforts to document progress towards strategy and execution goals.
Assist with revenue growth planning activities, tracking, and reporting.
Assist with an internal community initiative aimed at driving engagement and support.
You will have:
Working towards an undergraduate or graduate degree in business or a related field.
Business acumen; able to understand the business implications of various approaches.
Results-oriented with ability to make timely decisions and translate strategy into action.
Strong attention to detail and ability to summarize and communicate at all levels of the organization.
Ability to collaborate & influence; able to facilitate alignment without compromising principles.
Analytical and process-oriented mindset.
Empathy for Customers AND passion for revenue and growth.
Mid to advanced level Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
