Position Duties/Responsibilities (Indicate in more detail the functions of this specific position)

Serve as the main administrator for the Corporate travel card program
Provide customer service for account issues as needed.
Act as liaison between bank service representatives and Bechtel.
Enforce card usage in accordance with Bechtel travel policy and assist cardholders with aged balances and manager escalations, expense reporting issues, and other types of program-related inquiries.
Close coordination with executive admins, executive travel desk, and dedicated travel agency for proper functioning of cards used for travel reservations.
Generate management reports such as card spend, aged balances, cardholder listings, and other ad hoc reports to identify trends to help mature the program and continuously improving end-user experience.
Acts as a lead and point-of-contact for other local card administrators and M&O program administrators for matters of job training, use of accounts, service-related issues, and inter-franchise matters.
Assist with the transition of expatriate employees from one currency-type card to another.
Coordinate with Work-Force Planners, HR, project contacts, and/or other Finance professionals to ensure proper close-out of accounts prior to employee departure.
Role Overview: Administrator for corporate travel card program. Liaison between Bank and Bechtel.  Strong customer service skills and detail oriented.

Preferred Qualifications:
Intermediate to advanced skills in the areas of oral and written communications, project financial process controls, MS Office suite of applications (e.g. Word, Excel), accounts payable, general ledger and billing
