Description

Robert Half looking for a bright, quick-working person looking to build experience in a professional office setting for a Cargo Claims Support position for a company in the Seattle area. Interest in learning about logistics, risk management, and insurance is a plus for this Cargo Claims Support Position.


Responsibilities of a Cargo Claims Support:

- Supports a team of 4 Claims Specialists

- Handles transportation claims

- File/Queue Management

- Upload, update and or scan in documents

Requeriments
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office

- Technically Savvy

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

- Adaptable

- Insurance Background or Fraud Management experience helpful but not required

- Customer Service experience preferred
