Corestream is seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer to join their team.
Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the CFO will be a critical member of the senior leadership team and business partner.
This is an exciting and challenging opportunity for a high-profile CFO with a proven track record in growing businesses to take them to the next level via organic growth.
This is a truly commercial role that would suit an innovative individual that will be able to capitalize on the wealth of resources the business has at its disposal to build on its multiple revenue streams.
The CFO will have primary oversight of the accounting and financial operations of a proprietary platform that manages all aspects of voluntary benefits inhouse through partnerships with benefits vendors, API integrations with BenAdmin/HCM platforms and single-slot payroll deductions.
The individual in this role will partner with the leadership team in the development of the company's strategic vision and planning, while providing financial advice and counsel on day-to-day operating issues.
The CFO will be the functional leader for Accounting, Finance, and IT functions and will need to develop appropriate metrics and KPIs.
The CFO will develop and implement strategies that support the growth of the Company and maintain best in class financial processes and disciplines.
Specific responsibilities include: Partner with CEO and business executives to create and implement the organization's business strategies.
Produce forward looking, predictive models to provide insight into the organization's operations and business plans and proactively monitor and report progress.
Optimize the financial function, provide strategic insights and develop/report on KPIs.
Build corporate infrastructure to support growth.
Demonstrated ability to attract and hire a team and instill a culture of accountability.
Manage annual outside audit process including preparation for first-time audit.
Oversee banking relationships and ensure performance against expectations Review weekly and monthly reporting metrics (e.g.
profit and loss statements, balance sheet). Ensure flawless execution and proper analysis of potential acquisitions, partnerships, and M&A prospects.
Ensure legal and regulatory compliance regarding all financial functions (e.g.
tax reporting/filing). Understand and review details of documents such as credit agreements, material purchase transaction documents, and legal contracts, etc.

Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration.
Hands-on CFO experience in a tech-enabled, growth-oriented business within the healthcare services industry.
Experience with PE ownership.
Prior success upgrading the quality of an organization's financial infrastructure by improving reporting, budgeting, cost controls and auditing systems.
Strategic thinker with exceptional technical skills, analytical ability, superb judgment and strong operational understanding of multi-unit business operations.
