What you’ll be doing...
Chief of Staff:
The Verizon Digital team is undergoing a major transformation focused on rapidly evolving our business towards a customer-centric, digital-first future. We are seeking strategic thinkers, thought leaders, and highly motivated risk takers who are comfortable innovating around our customer’s needs, driving business objectives and maximizing technology capabilities to redefine the path of a Fortune 15 company. Senior Executive Stakeholder Management:
Work with senior stakeholders to gather and shape executive communications.
Manage relationships with key stakeholders and larger executive teams.
Drive alignment on priorities and requirements across the Fios Digital team.
Work closely with cross-functional teams on driving strategy and ensuring that delivery milestones are met.
Communications and Culture
Provide concise views on operational data, technical solutions, and overall business development.
Deliver effective storylines and strategy updates for key senior leadership and ongoing operational reviews.
Develop guidelines, templates and tone for the Fios digital team.
Act as the digital advocate leading culture initiatives to embed design thinking and a digital –first mentality within the organization.
Product and Strategy
Leverage ability to analyze digital performance trends and provide read-outs on trends and opportunities.
Develop and own strategic roadmap for digital products and projects that support core priorities.
Have a strong emphasis on product focused thinking.
Assess Product Strategy across the Fios digital team.
See each customer touchpoint as a digital product.
Concurrently manage the production of executive communication deliverables that require collaboration across multiple business units and corporate leadership teams.
Develop timelines and action plans to mitigate potential risks, including escalations to key stakeholders.
Varied ad hoc projects and reports that require coordination across the various teams, as required.
What we’re looking for...
What you’ll have:
MBA preferred; Minimum Bachelor’s Degree - technical/engineer preferred
7 or more years of work experience.
Focus on design-first methodologies and working knowledge of digital product and CX
Prior Chief of Staff support or equivalent experience preferred.
Prior experience in working in a digital product team and deep understanding of analytics and reporting
Prior experience in consulting (external or in house) with emphasis on strategy
Even better if you have:
Strategic and analytical thinker who can analyze data to make appropriate process/business decisions/recommendations and shape business strategy.
Strong communication and ability to manage internal and external relationships up to senior leaders.
Experience leading cross functional teams and maintaining accountability for major business initiatives.
