We're looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company


- Team Leader and Brand Champion for MRT therapy commercialization in the US; organizes and leads core commercialization team.
- Assures appropriate budget and staffing for launch activities as related to MRT
- Strategic advisor to and liaison for the launch teams (US and ExUS) for commercialization of MRT therapies
- Create a business development strategy supporting microbiome therapeutics for Rebiotix in conjunction with senior management
- Rebiotix point person for, and liaison to, Ferring's early and late stage business development groups for microbiome therapeutics (phage, live microbial therapeutics, and drugs affecting the microbiome) deal flow
- Oversees and contributes to the tactical execution of the business development strategy to support the overall microbiome business expansion plan, including: taking the lead in sourcing, diligence, and negotiating potential partnerships/asset licensing or acquisition, and financial modeling/analysis
- Works in conjunction with Legal and R&D to develop and implement an IP strategy for Rebiotix that preserves and furthers Ferring's microbiome leadership role
- Contributes to the microbiome R&D strategy and assures alignment with overall business objectives
- Liaison for and representative of Rebiotix/Ferring for various industry groups in policy discussions (MTIG, AMR working group, BIO Microbiome group).


- 10+ years of executive experience in medical products business development and/or product commercialization; preferably past position of one of: COO, CEO, CCO, CMO
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced small team environment
- Demonstrated track record of success in an executive role in sourcing, evaluating, and negotiating contracts/agreements
- Demonstrated experience or understanding of medical product requirements for commercialization, including: regulatory, clinical, reimbursement, distribution
- Demonstrated understanding of IP process
- Demonstrated successful working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
