CIB Operations Analytics Analyst
Whippany, NJ
 
The Analytics role will produce the daily Management Information (MI) to illustrate the performance of the division to senior stakeholders across operations. This role will produce the daily Management Information (MI) to illustrate the performance of Global KYC Operations for Corporate and Investment Bank. The aim is to make resolutions and do business that provides our clients and customers, and the communities which we serve, with access to a prosperous future.
 
To serve this purpose, this opportunity will work with the Management of MI. Working with Service Management designing and implementation of reports, you will help establish and develop best practices in the production and delivery of management information. Being part of a dynamic team, you will develop working relationships within and across all business areas to identify the most appropriate sources of information and continually monitor the integrity of the data.
 
What will you be doing?
•You will complete data reconciliation to provide evidence to demonstrate adherence to controls
•As a part on the team, you will establish and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues across all areas and other parts of the Group; including partner areas e.g. Operational Risk, Internal Audit
•Accountable for proficient management of staff performance, recruitment, development and promotion of individuals.
•Consistently provide coaching and mentoring opportunities to high performing individuals as part of personal development.
•Share experience and knowledge by providing guidance to the wider KYC Teams
 
What we’re looking for:
•Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
•Experienced 2+ Years Data visualization and Stakeholder Management Experience
•2+ years’ experience in a financial institution
•1+ years of MS Office/computer skills

Skills that will help you in the role:
•Proven experience of data analysis and MI production
•Experience in optimizing and automating reports as well as reviewing, interpreting and summarizing information
•Experience with scripting languages (VBA, Python, SQL)
•Experience with statistical software (SAS / R)
•Experience with data visualization software (Tableau)
