The Clinical Administrative Coordinator will complete administrative tasks including intake, scheduling, and discharge of patients receiving services or interventions from TeamMD clinical staff, and manage incoming calls, and requests from patients/providers, and clinical communication.
Complete initial triage of members and administrative intake
Managing admission and discharge information
Managing incoming member calls related to requests for service, network services and clinical appointments.
Document clinical decisions and recommendations resulting from interdisciplinary team meetings.
Supporting clinical staff in care plan development and deployment
High School Diploma / GED (or higher)
3+ years of work experience in a similar Clerical or Administrative role
Experience with Microsoft Word (ability to sort, filter, and create simple documents), Microsoft Excel (ability to sort, filter, and create simple spreadsheets), and Microsoft Outlook (ability to create, respond to, store, and retrieve emails, and use calendar to schedule meetings)
Available to work an 8-hour shift between 7:00 am - 6:00 pm Monday through Friday
Ability to work with diverse care teams, such as nurse staff, nurse practitioners, and social workers
Ability to work independently for basic tasks, and with a supervisor for more complex tasks
Ability to solve routine problems independently
