Job Description
As a Clinical Specialist Registered Nurse, you will be primarily responsible for supporting the clinical operations of. Further, you will perform telephonic initial assessment and counseling to new patient referrals on their disease process, prescribed drug action, common side effects and treatment parameters. Some of the other critical components to this role includes execution of all clinical programs, initial and ongoing disease and therapy education to all patients and interventions. You will also provides patient education directly or in response to telephonic inquires to patients. Patient education will include but will not limited to the following areas of Chronic disease states such as Oncology, Asthma, Multiple Sclerosis, Cancer, Hepatitis C, Rheumatoid arthritis, Psoriasis, and Current treatment modalities. Also you will help educate the patient on Injection or injection device trouble shooting as well as adherence monitoring and outbound calls.

Shift: Monday - Friday, 9:30 am - 6:00 pm

This position requires you to live in Orlando, FL and is not a remote position.

Advanced Care Scripts (ACS), a CVS Health Company, manages and dispenses specialty medications and products nationwide. Our comprehensive patient care model provides compliance and adherence support and cost-effective solutions for all classes of specialty medications.

Required Qualifications
- Current Active License to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of Florida

Preferred Qualifications
- Proficient in Analytical, Customer Service, Communication, Organizational Support, Professionalism and Computer Skills
- Ability to work with very little supervision
- Excellent customer service skills
- Familiar Microsoft windows applications, Word, Excel, Power point

Education
- Associates degree in Nursing from an accredited college
