Understand your role in sales growth and how each area contributes to and impacts total store profitability. Execute store strategies to deliver business results and store sales goals while prioritizing the guest experience. Be a partner to the store leadership team through communication and collaboration to influence current sales performance and workload deliverables, leverage daily check-in and check-outs and leadership meetings as connection points. Establish consistent routines and lead the team to ensure departments are zoned, in-stock, signed and labeled appropriately, including sales plans set timely and promotional signing set accurately.
