This position is responsible for understanding Rotary’s customer needs to lead an essential program defined by: strong architecture, user adoption, enterprise content management, business process automation, and user-centric solutions.The ideal candidate possesses extensive technical experience delivering solutions for the Microsoft ecosystem at scale in a significant enterprise, as well as superior customer service, engagement and delivery skills. This role requires hands-on technical skills in interacting with customers to configure and implement solutions within the Microsoft Office 365 ecosystem, with a focus on SharePoint, Teams and collaborative solutionsYou Will HaveBachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university with coursework in computer science, information systems, business administration, or closely related fieldSeven (7) years of experience managing, maintaining and implementing significant technology programs, computer system infrastructure and design, network operations, security design, and configurations and system/server administrationFive (5) years of supervisory and project personnel management experience, of which at least two (2) years should be supervisory experience over a technical team.3 or more years of experience architecting and implementing a vision, strategy and roadmap for Microsoft and related productivity, collaboration & endpoint tools.Preferred experience includes Advanced degree (e.g. Master’s, MBA, etc.)Microsoft Cloud (O365, Azure, etc.) Technology CertificationsCertifications in ITIL and an Organizational Change Management Framework (e.g. ADKAR)Experience working on international projectsExperience working with remote project teams The ability to communicate effectively and tactfully with all levels of stakeholders, both in verbal and written modes;
