Ubisoft, a global leader in the video games and entertainment software industry, is currently seeking a full-time Community Content Strategist for their San Francisco office. The Community Team at Ubisoft sits on the frontlines of our player engagement efforts, and both creates and curates a breadth of content. Specifically, we are looking for an expert in content strategy, established and emerging social media trends, platform best practices, with an understanding of content consumption and technology to assist in the creation of compelling community content. In other words, you should know Twitch, YouTube and Instagram inside out, among others. 
Collaborate with global, cross-functional teams to benchmark and develop strategy for community content, whether static or dynamic 
Define and report on content KPI’s to demonstrate success and ROI of community content 
Serve as the Community Team liaison for Twitch and Mixer, developing benchmarks for success in partnership with cross-functional teams and ensuring that the global community team is informed regarding new opportunities on the platform 
Create and refine community content best practices, while continually educating the global Community Team 
Manage the functional content calendar on behalf of the global Community Team 
Conduct periodic competitive community content audits 

4+ years of experience with creation and execution of crosschannel content strategy 
In-depth knowledge of dynamic content platforms (Twitch, Mixer, YouTube, etc) 
A proven record of developing innovative content strategies, across new and established channels 
Experience with key content performance metrics, with an aptitude for quantifying community efforts 
Excellent written and oral communication skills. 
Strong time management skills 
Initiative to drive change in a quickly evolving space. 
Knowledge and focus on marketing analytics and ROI. 
Experience working in an international environment a plus. 
Entertainment or video game industry experience is preferred.
