Job Overview:


The
Specialist supports the developing, implementing and maintaining all compensation
programs. Administers the MBV expat management, provides expertise on labor
relations topics and ensures proper reporting of defined HR KPIs.


 


Responsibilities:


Responsible for routine, day-to-day analytical
and administrative support in the area of compensation and total rewards
Gathers and summarizes market salary data to
support improvement of salary structures, establishing cost effective
allowances and a market based total compensation approach
Collaborate as part of the Total Rewards team to
develop internal best practices. Contributes in reviewing and ongoing
administration of total rewards
Analyze published and custom country surveys;
review appropriateness of current surveys and research/recommend new
opportunities for obtaining data. Provides data for participation in surveys.
Work with MBV and group internal team on
budgeting and labor cost evaluations
Provide on-going consultation on routine topics
and create documents to improve transparency to Team Members
Familiarize with internal regulations and
support compliance with local wage and employment laws
May determine salaries and wages for new hires
and internal candidates by following standardized processes
Supports the Expat management at MBV in close
coordination with HRD/G
Supports the position planning for expats 
Administers tracking and reporting for expat
related topics
Provides consultation to expats and management
on more frequent local expat topics
Responsible for reporting of several HR KPIs
such as turnover, sickness rate, labor costs, headcount and other ad hoc
requests
Supports and provides recommendations on
automatization and quality improvement of reporting
Supports topics related to Labor Relations such
as workforce & worktime flexibility, labor organization and regulations
May draft policies, regulations and supports
with the documentation of existing processes
Research, compile, and interpret data in a
logical format
Participates in regular scheduled meetings
Other duties as assigned
