We are looking for someone to review site documentation and order reports as needed; as well as perform a variety of assignments to support the activities of the Site Acquisition Coordinator and/or Site Acquisition Manager.
Reviews and processes Phase 1 and National Environmental Protection Act (NEPA) environmental reports and RF safety reports as needed. May be processed through subcontractors, directly through AT&T or through an AT&T contractor.
Reviews all regulatory documentation including zoning determination and conditions imposed by local jurisdictions, state regulatory requirements, federal requirements, Federal Aviation Administration, Federal Communication Commission and other regulatory agencies.
Verifies that all site-specific information is consistent throughout the documentation needed for compliance (i.e. drawings, RFDS, 1A certificate, environmental reports).
Update internal and external database(s) as required.
Bachelor’s Degree in real estate (paralegal) or related degree majors or related field with 1-3 years of experience in Site acquisition Or in lieu of Bachelor’s degree 5-7 years of experience working in Site acquisition/ real estate.
Proficient with office automated applications, strong organizational skills, and excellent oral and written communication.
Must have the right to work and remain in the US without visa sponsorship.
Ability to perform duties in a medium-sized market under limited supervision and/or has progressive and specific telecommunications collocation expertise in the site acquisitions field.
Must have a valid US Driver’s License.
