As a Configuration Analyst, you would work as a part of a dynamic team with a focus on implementing, maintaining, tuning, and administering databases leveraging multiple tools, languages, processes, and technologies.

Primary Responsibilities:
Design, implement and maintain all functions of database systems, including access, methods and time, device allocations, validation checks, organization, security, documentation, and statistical methodology. 
Monitor overall standards and procedures, assist in integrating various systems. 
Consults with users, determine requirements and recommends database establishment and utilization.
Provide primary support for UnitedHealth Group EMC databases and Server databases
Use Import & Export
Provide basic support and troubleshooting for EMC databases
Tasks include installation, configuration, backups, restores and execution of scripts
Implement the company standards to provide standardization and consistency across environments
Ensure a stable and secure database environment
Provide on - call support and answer severity calls, problem resolution
Monitor database functionality to ensure stable environments
Uphold enterprise policy guidelines

Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma / GED (or higher)
1+ years of experience working with Windows Operating systems
Claims, Provider Billing, or Member Billing experience
1+ years of experience with SQL / Access (basic queries, storing information, reporting, and analysis)
Experience in a position requiring analytical skills
Preferred Qualifications:
1+ years of IT experience
