Description

A Chicago based design-build, real estate development company is seeking a construction project manager with 5 - 10 years experience in retail and residential construction with a degree in Construction Management preferred.

Responsibilities include the ability to prepare conceptual budgets and schedules, read and interpret construction drawings and specifications, develop scope and bidding documents, coordinate project information with various consultants and trades, manage sub-contractors to meet projects goals, execute and manage contracts, monitor daily site work of multiple projects, ordering of materials and finishes, prepare pay applications, perform trade close-outs, etc.
A high level of proficiency with all Microsoft Office Suite programs is required.
