The PGIM Marketing team is looking for a Content Marketing Specialist to join our team. As part of our team’s efforts to increase brand awareness, you will help with curating and creating engaging content to showcase the expertise across PGIM and the underlying asset managers. This includes working with key stakeholders at the PGIM brand level, within the businesses and with corporate partners to generate and refine content ideas; write and edit articles, blog posts, infographics, and videos.
 
We need a creative thinker with a strong background in developing content, preferably for a B2B audience. In addition to excellence in crafting content in written and multi-media formats, you will also need proven project management capabilities.
 
What You Will Be Doing:
Identifying & refining themes for packaging content and determining the format and distribution method for all channels including internal, web, e-mail/newsletter, event, mobile, video, and print.
Collaborating with cross-business Marketing, Advertising and Global Communications teams to curate meaningful content, writing and editing web-friendly, engaging articles, infographics and videos for an institutional audience.
Developing and maintaining a comprehensive content calendar, including all internal and external distribution.
Ensuring all content is on-brand, consistent in terms of style, quality and tone of voice, and optimized for search.
Collaborating with Creative Specialists on new web page layouts and imagery.
Utilizing data to inform strategic direction.
Obtaining all necessary business and compliance approvals.
Creating and editing content in web content management system.
Assisting with the development of internal and external presentations.
Qualifications
 
Bachelor’s degree
Minimum 2 years experience in executing content marketing plans to build an audience
At least one year in financial/institutional asset management industry a plus
Strong writing skills and ability to craft messages appropriate for different mediums; samples will be requested
Strong project management skills and experience managing multiple complex deliverables under tight deadlines
Communicates effectively and collaborates well with others with the ability to influence team members of all levels
