Coordinator, Strategy and Business Development, NBC Broadcast & Cable

Role Purpose:
The Coordinator will provide full administrative support to the EVP, Strategy and Business Development, as well as serve as liaison with both internal and external constituencies.
Support all administrative needs, by professionally answering phones, preparing all correspondence and coordinating calendars, including meetings and appointments
Handle and coordinate confidential information with detail and care 
Assist in preparation and drafting of documents and presentations
Help in ongoing operations of the office/team including: Networks, Finance, Business Development, Research, etc.
Track and file departmental invoices and handle departmental purchasing card expenses
Coordinate IT and facilities services for department
Prepare expense reports and order supplies as needed
Coordinate travel arrangements
Projects and additional duties as assigned

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree, MBA preferred
• Minimum 1 year work experience in media industry
• Proven ability to provide administrative support
• Excellent communication (both oral and written) and follow-up skills needed
• Ability to handle confidential information and interact with high-level executives
• Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel, Outlook; advanced PowerPoint
• Basic understanding and awareness of media and digital platforms
