We are seeking a Consumer Services Operator to join our team at our Allen, Texas location. The hours for this position are Monday through Friday,
One 10-hr day of the week (11am-9:30pm.)
3 days -8 hrs. (1pm -9:30pm)
Friday 6-hr day (1pm-7:30pm)
Key responsibilities for this person include:
Open and scan department mail
Code mail by correspondence type and route to the appropriate department within the business unit
Process specialty correspondence
Screen mail to detect fraudulent activity
Navigate the scanning system and applications
Perform limited maintenance on the scanning system
Must have good computer skills
Requires good organization skills and be detailed orientated
Must work well in a team environment as well as independent
High School Diploma or equivalent experience
Requires 6 months to 1 year of experience in a customer service environment
