Job Overview Resource allocation and coordination of project activities that may be across functional areas within the organization. Coordinate with the direct sales team to ensure project priorities align with their long-term goals around customer onboarding. Coordinate the business functionality implementation across track owners and stakeholders. Work with IT project Management and Business Process Analyst to ensure implementation timelines are being met and all system owners are aware of project timelines and required deliverables. Monitors reliability and any internal issues that appear as a result of the project. Train the direct sales team on new functionality that is implemented and capture metrics to determine the success of the project.
The responsibilities of this role include: Working under some supervision. Requires verbal and written communication skills to convey information that may be somewhat complex to others who may have limited knowledge of the subject in question. Most tasks require multiple steps that can be performed in various orders; some planning and prioritization must occur to complete the tasks effectively. Deductive and inductive problem solving is required; multiple approaches may be taken/necessary to solve the problem; often information is missing or incomplete; intermediate data analysis/interpretation skills may be required. Exercising creativity to draft original documents, imagery, or work products within established guidelines.

2+ years Sales Operations/Project Management
Bachelor's degree PMP or Six Sigma Project Management Certification
