Calling All Customer Service Reps!Great opportunity to join our a leading provider of health services!Our client, located in North Dallas, offers outstanding benefits, and has been recognized for their leadership development programs.Responsibilities: : Professionally respond to patient inquiries with information and to other calls from insurance companies, physicians and pharmacies : Maintain current knowledge of policies and procedures as well as maintain compliance at all times : Able to work overtime as needed Requirements: Must have good tenure Exceptional Communication skills : 1+ years' experience in a call center : 1+ year of medical terminology a plus : Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) required : Type at least 35 wpm : Some college preferred : Hours vary : Bilingual (Spanish is a plus) Accepting applications & interviewing immediately!
