Customer Service Advisor

Full Time, permanent

Salary: 20-22,000 per annum depending upon experience

Tutti Bambini are a leading nursery furniture manufacturer based in London NW2, retailing through companies such as Boots and Mothercare.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive all-rounder to support the business where necessary in our Customer Service team at our Office in Staples Corner.

As a Customer Service Advisor you will be patient, flexible and motivated dealing with all aspects of customer service with the ability to remain calm under pressure.

Main Duties (not limited to)

Inbound and outbound calls to customers

Responding to emails within a timely manner from both customers and retailers

Resolve customer queries effectively, efficiently and in a courteous manner

Responding to customer queries on social media

Responding to messages on different retailer portals

Updating in house customer service systems

Attending exhibitions with the team up to 3 times per year

You must have a professional and friendly phone manner as well as excellent organisation and communication skills and at least 2 years customer service within an office/call centre environment.

Working hours are Monday to Friday 8:30am-5:30pm

Skills Required:

- The ability to learn new systems and procedures quickly
- Excellent and precise communication skills both spoken and written
- High level of accuracy and great attention to detail
- Ability to manage your own workload, deliver on time and escalate problems when appropriate
- The ability to show patience and understanding and have good customer focus
- Good knowledge of Microsoft based systems (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- At least 1-2 years previous Customer Service Experience
