Customer Service Advisors - Tempe, AZ
DHL is hiring Customer Service Advisors located at our Customer Relations Center in Tempe, AZ: 1910 West Rio Salado Parkway Tempe, AZ 85281.
As a Frontline Customer Contact Advisor, you will be responsible for providing superior customer service to our DHL Express global customers!

Develops and directs overall order and service-related activities for DHL’s Customer Service function. Implements resolutions of customer account inquiries. Provides a variety of support duties to our customers. Ensures accurate information is provided to customers in a professional manner. Responds to inquires primarily through phone contact with customers. Fields a high volume of inbound calls while promoting and selling the company’s products and services all in a timely manner. Expected to de-escalate tense situations in a courteous manner. Confidently and skillfully provides the full spectrum of DHL services such as booking enquiries, shipment supply orders, shipment tracking status updates etc. to all parties contacting DHL via our 800 number.
HS diploma or GED required. (Some College Coursework Preferred)
High level computer proficiency.
Customer service experience. 1-3 years preferred.
Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).
Flexibility to work full time during our hours of operation: M-F 5:00am-9:00pm and Sat 6:00am-5:00pm
