Description

OfficeTeam is in need of an articulate, highly-skilled Customer Service Representative. Do you love building solid customer relationships? Then this position may be for you. This position is based in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. This short-term temporary Customer Service Representative position could be for you, if you're available to work in Tustin.

Requeriments
- Active problem-solver who listens for customer cues and actively resolves problems with grace and integrity

- Excellent customer service and office administrative skills

- Comprehensive knowledge of consumer collections

- Data entry experience

- Foundational knowledge in filing

- Customer service experience required

- Ability to exude confidence, knowledge, and empathy when interacting with internal and external partners and clients/customers

- Strong computer skills

- 2+ years of past relevant experience

- Demonstrated experience performing extensive research to resolve complex customer inquiries

- Microsoft Office experience preferred
