Large Ann Arbor Company Seeks Customer Service Representative!


Further your skills as a Customer Service Representative in the expanding Hospitality industry through this exciting opportunity at OfficeTeam. If you're looking for a long-term temporary-to-full-time engagement, and can work in Ann Arbor, Michigan, this could be the Customer Service Representative position for you! Candidate must be able to work 5pm - 2am.


Responsibilities


- Retrieve and oversee the sending of written business communications


- May support business development and client referral goals by actively cross-selling and referring customers


- Offer friendly, accurate customer service in a timely fashion


- Organize and route incoming telephone calls

Requeriments
- Experience with Compiles Documents


- Demonstrated knowledge of CRM


- Fax Documents experience desired


- Microsoft Excel experience


- Previous experience working with Resolve Customer Service


- Strong familiarity with Smartphones


- Superior Customer Service experience highly valued


- Demonstrated knowledge of Administrative Tasks


- Experience with customer service


- Adeptness in database management


- Background working with Internal Customers


- Expertise in Email Correspondence


- Earlier work involving Resolve Customer Issues


- Practical knowledge of Customer Support


- Expertise in switchboard phones from 1-10 lines


- Document Scanning experience preferred


- Call Center Customer Service experience


- Telemarketing experience highly desired


- External Customers experience highly preferred


- Hands-on experience with Complete Documentation


- Strong familiarity with complaints


- Good understanding of Resolve Customer Complaints


- Prior experience with Detailed Documentation


- Comprehension of Appropriate Documentation


- Adeptness in Answer Customer


- Foundational knowledge in negotiation


- General familiarity with Customer Quotes


- 2+ years of past relevant experience


- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)


- Strong customer service and office administrative skills


- Ability to interact effectively with internal and external partners and clients/customers


- success driven attitude and an engaging businesslike approach


- Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, e.g. ACT!, Illustrator, Highrise, and Insightly


- Strong problem solving and analytical skills


- No stranger to performing extensive research to resolve complex customer inquiries


- Advanced Microsoft Office skills


- Proficient with diversified computer software and systems
