Openings for Customer Service Representatives!


OfficeTeam is in need of an articulate, detail oriented Customer Service Representative to join a smaller team within a large banking institution. In this role, you will be assisting internal customers with purchasing everyday items needed to operate the branch. If you enjoy working within multiple databases, performing internet research and helping out your fellow employee, then this is the opportunity for you!


Major responsibilities


- Answer inbound calls from internal customers


- Identify the needs of the caller and provide a solution


- Give exceptional customer service in a timely fashion


- Navigate a database to locate items needed


- Properly document all calls

Requeriments
- Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information


- Sound written and verbal communication skills


- Demonstrated talents in communicating and interacting with clients/customers, both internal and external


- Computer research experience


- Call center customer service experience


- Computer Databases experience required


- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, specifically Word, Outlook and internet applications


- Strong customer service and office administrative skills


- No stranger to performing extensive research to resolve complex customer inquiries


- 2+ years' experience with performing in a goal-driven & customer-focused environment preferred


- Enthusiastic attitude and an engaging businesslike approach


- Active problem-solver who listens for customer cues and actively resolves problems with grace and integrity
