OfficeTeam is staffing for a regional company located in Park City that needs a reliable Customer Service Representative. The perfect Customer Service Representative for this position should be willing to go the extra mile for the customers.


Major responsibilities:

• Utilize the feedback tool to give and receive constructive feedback on call quality and department tasks

• Phone interaction with customers, and sales and internal associates

• Assist with all customer needs

• Manage the fielding and sending of important written business correspondence

Requeriments
• Minimum of six months customer service

• Ability to work effectively as a team member

• Bilingual skills desirable
