Description

Growing company in Holland is looking for a productive, dependable Customer Service Representative. This a great opportunity to work with a company if you're looking to grow your experience. Duties include but are not limited to answering incoming call from clients, enter orders into system, identify special order requirements, maintain client relationships, and other clerical duties as needed. Previous experience in account management or customer service is required. Experience in an ERP system is preferred. How you will make an impact


- You will likely support business development and client referral goals by actively cross-selling and referring customers


- Handle incoming telephone calls


- Manage the fielding and sending of important written business correspondence


- Contribute accurate, friendly customer service in a timely fashion

Requeriments
- Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with internal and external partners and clients/customers


- Advanced Microsoft Office skills


- 2+ years' experience of demonstrated performance in a goal-driven & customer-focused environment preferred


- Excellent computer skills


- Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, e.g. ACT!, Illustrator, Highrise, and Insightly


- Upbeat, positive attitude and an approach to work rooted in professionalism


- Strong familiarity with Microsoft Excel


- Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Great Plains Dynamics


- Command of Microsoft Office Word


- Eager problem-solver who listens for customer cues and actively resolves problems with grace and integrity


- Experience performing extensive research to resolve complex customer inquiries


- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)


- Excellent customer service and office administrative skills
