- Foundational knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, e.g. ACT!, Illustrator, Highrise, and Insightly

- Strong customer service and office administrative skills

- Practical knowledge of Computer Keyboard

- Database Administration experience desired

- Demonstrated knowledge of Inbound Outbound Calls

- Previous experience working with Courteous Manner

- General familiarity with Clerical Duties

- e-Business experience highly desired

- General familiarity with Inbound Telephone Calls

- Experience with data entry

- Comprehension of customer service

- Demonstrated knowledge of Call Center Customer Service

- Background working with composing various kinds of correspondence

- Adeptness in navigating basic office equipment and protocols

- Compose Letters experience highly preferred

- Adeptness in Inbound Call Center

- Proficiency in Distribute Correspondence

- Assist Guests experience highly desired

- Hands-on experience with Data Collection

- Data Errors experience preferred

- Correspondence experience highly valued

- Accurately Record experience required

- Earlier work involving Conducting Phone Screens

- Prior experience with numeric data entry

- Answer Inbound Calls experience preferred

- Deep understanding of Administrative Tasks

- Abbreviations experience

- Good understanding of Courteously

- Foundational knowledge in documentation

- Knowledge of Detailed Messages

- Proven computer skills

- 2+ years of past relevant experience

- Comfort and confidence when interacting with internal and external partners and clients/customers

- achievement oriented, positive attitude and an approach to work rooted in professionalism

- Ability to simplify complex problems and build solutions

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills (verbal, written, and listening)
