Description

Our company is searching for an experienced, reliable and task-oriented Customer Service Specialist to perform a broad range of tasks required to meet the needs of the company. The ideal candidate is highly self-motivated, capable of managing their workload, prioritizing tasks and is not afraid to take charge in order to solve issues that may arise in the process. Responsibilities:


Provide general clerical and administrative support for company operations as needed

CRM admin and reporting to leadership

Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure our sales teams have the materials they need

Act as a liaison with other departments to communicate, manage, collect and distribute information.

Communicate with clients about schedule, scope of work and progress of each project

Responsible for completing any tasks assigned by the Operations team.

Requeriments
Qualifications:


Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office products: Excel, PowerPoint, Word

Minimum 3 years experience in data entry, logistics or office management

Outstanding customer service, phone etiquette, negotiation and conflict resolution skills

Ability to perform data entry to complete job duties timely and efficiently

Outstanding written and verbal communications skills with the ability to present information clearly and concisely

Demonstrate ability to work in a time-sensitive, deadline driven environment

Exhibit time management and organizational expertise, including strong follow-up capabilities

Knowledge of home improvement is an asset
