The Customer Success Partner will be responsible for growing and managing a book of business within an assigned geographic territory, including up-selling accounts, and renewal of service agreements. This position will work within an assigned market segment to retain the customer base, increase customer satisfaction and exceed set sales goals.
The Account Executive will be responsible for growing and managing a book of business within an assigned geographic territory, including up-selling accounts, and renewal of service agreements.

Essential functions, responsibilities and activities:
-Grow revenue from existing account base within assigned territory by building strong relationships with clients.
-Protect and defend annual revenue, customer base, and installed customer units within defined geographic territory.
-Make approximately 40-50 calls per day to assigned segment of existing client base.
-Consult with clients on best practices to increase value and ROI for clients.
-Liaise with technical support, accounting and other areas of the business to ensure customer satisfaction.
-Conduct customer site visits to grow and retain accounts.
-Keep accurate, detailed records of all sales activity in CRM (Salesfore.com).
-Serves as first point of contact for clients in managing account relationship.
-Works with clients on contract renewals, unit add-ons and organizing appropriate resources for the client on specific areas of concern.
-Integrate all internal and external resources to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.

What we’re looking for...
Technical skills and competencies needed to deliver:
-4 years business to business sales experience
-Strong business acumen and presence; comfortable selling at Executive/Owner level
-Complex and creative problem solving skills, strategic thinking
-Consultative/enterprise level sales experience
-Emotional intelligence, business intuition
-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment; Dynamic multi-task oriented
-Ability to effectively present a solution to the client at all levels to demonstrate business impact and ROI
-Strong negotiation skills; high level of leadership influence
-Proficient in Microsoft Office
-Salesforce experience preferred
