Kforce has a client in search of a CX Interaction Designer 3 in Charlotte, NC.Key Tasks:
- Developing and executing design solutions for online applications and websites that are based on user research and user centered design techniques
- Collaborating with IT developers, product owners, project managers to ensure a consistent understanding of platform architecture and product roadmaps
- Leading design projects that influence the strategy and team member experience of our digital properties
- Constructing quick design stimulus for iterative user testing
- Creating design mockups, prototypes, simulations that are brand compliant and team member centric


- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Graphic Design, Information Sciences and/or Master's degree in Human Computer Interaction, Human Factors desired
- 5+ years of experience in user experience design, visual design, digital platform design and interaction design
- User Experience Designer fluent in the user-centered design process, including how to conduct rapid prototype design solutions as well as create vivid conceptual design mockups
- Understanding how to apply and balance user research insights with the design components available within our digital platforms
- Experience with Workday, ServiceNow and agile development as well as fluent with prototyping software Axure RP Pro, Invision, Sketch and proficient in the use of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
- Familiar with ADA compliance (WCAG 2.0 level A and AA) is preferred
