The Intelligence group provides high-end systems engineering and integration products and services, data analytics and software development to national and military intelligence customers. Serving federal agencies and the Intelligence Community for more than 50 years, the Intelligence group helps our clients meet their mission needs by providing trusted advisors, leading-edge technologies, and innovative solutions.

Manages issues, maintains, and supports all mobile devices including cell phones, smart phones, tablets, laptops, and pagers. Leads and participated in TEMs, discussions, and other activities related to CI and InTh systems. Documents, installs, tests, and troubleshoots system patches and application updates/changes. Provides tier one and tier two Windows administration support. Supports the management of user accounts in Active Directory, and maintains access control lists for CI applications and devices.


- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology, or 4 years of equivalent, related work experience
- Required 4 years of direct experience with systems administration and smart/cell phone systems administration
- Demonstrated experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining network/system/software IT, and telecommunication systems and devices
- Demonstrated experience in system/data integration, transformation, monitoring, and systematic problem solving
- Demonstrated functional/technical implementation experience with major smart/cell phone vendor products
- Strong communication skills, verbal and written, with demonstrated skill engaging both technical and non-technical stakeholders
