OfficeTeam currently has an excellent opportunity for a highly-skilled and motivated Data Entry Clerk in the Healthcare Industry who is looking to start their career with us! We are seeking a data-savvy detail oriented who is keen to pick up on important details and looking to thrive in a fast-paced, growing environment. Intermediate experience in spreadsheets and proficiency in database management desired. Do you have fast and accurate typing skills and impeccable organization? Then we have the Data Entry Specialist position for you. This short-term temporary Data Entry Clerk role is based in South King County


Key responsibilities:


- Request further information for documents that are deemed incomplete


- Examine reports and sheets of data


- Check completed work for errors or duplicate information before submitting the final product


- Sift through websites for information


- File information into spreadsheets, databases and customer relationship management systems


- Review and remove unneeded data as well as combine data from multiple sources


- Create notes of tasks, files, and progress

Requeriments
Requirements


--Excel and CRM experience


- Excellent verbal, written, and social communication skills


- 1+ years of related experience


- Ability to multitask, collaborate and communicate well with individuals of all backgrounds in a fast-paced environment


- Candidate must have substantial computer experience including word processing, spreadsheets and presentation software, as well as databases and customer database systems
