Position Summary:
The Data Integration Specialist is responsible for generating, analyzing, and publishing
claim status data. Claim status data is produced by a screen-scraping technique using a series of Microsoft Excel
documents as input and output files.

In this role as Data Integration Specialist, you will:

- Perform a multi-step process to load input files into the program
- Monitor the program until completion and publish the output file.

This position will trouble-shoot production issues and test program corrections.

In addition, the successful candidate will assist in building new VB scripts and will complete other duties as assigned.




Required Qualifications:
3 or more years of analytical experience




Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of healthcare reimbursement workflow, policies and procedures

Skilled in use of MS Office Applications, particularly with Excel and Visual Basic, with a proven ability to analyze, prioritize, and make sense of large data sets

Ability to identify, analyze and solve problems taking into account a variety of factors

Ability to interpret and make inferences from data Ability to respond to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment and excellent verbal, written and communication skills

Excellent organizational and prioritization skills and ability to meet deadlines with multiple competing priorities

Excellent proven interpersonal skills with the ability to teach and motivate others

Exhibits good judgment and strong problem solving skills when escalating issues to management

Experience with large, multi-geographic organizations and diverse cultures



Education:
High school diploma/GED required. Bachelor's Degree preferred.
