Mission: The Catering Specialist participates in the execution of all catering orders in the store. Catering Specialist assist and support other Catering Specialists at Goodwill and special events. Catering Specialists ensure a positive company image coupled with providing respectful, courteous and professional service to all guests/clients, as well as team members.


Set up and execute catering orders according to company standards

Deliver catering orders in an efficient and timely manner

Clean, organize and maintain catering vehicle and supplies

Demonstrate consistent and exceptional customer service and professionalism

Excellent verbal and written communication with customers, management, and team members

Extensive knowledge of menu items, packaging, and pricing with the ability to communicate effectively

Maintain proper hygiene and appearance that projects a positive company image at all times

Comply with applicable Health Department and company standards, and adhere to safe work practices

Respond promptly to customer needs and questions, requesting assistance when necessary

Adhere to all company policies and procedures

Professional attitude and respect for coworkers, establishment, and the brand

Drive safely at all times; abiding by all traffic laws Measurable

Deliver all catering orders on time

Ensure all scheduled pick up orders are ready at the requested time

Submit vehicle status report 1x a week

Pass vehicle inspections

-Work conditions/Hours/Travel: Flexible part-time schedule, working approximately 20-35 hours a week. Shifts may vary to include mornings, evenings, weekends and/or holidays.
